Measure-steps of Interview

Your selection depends on the performance evaluation in the interview process. We analyze the candidate through three stages which are as follows.

Step 1

HR Interview

  • Initial stage where the candidate would appear for a one-on-one round with HR. Question will ask related to examine applicant oneself, strengths, deficiencies, aptitude to handle the particular role, check credentials.

Technical Round

  • After an HR round, candidates move to the second round, including technical questions related to the specialty and experience level.

Final Round

  • After HR & technical round is completed, evaluate the score of candidates, elect on your basis of talent and send the Job offer. HR will be invited to sign off a Job contract and join our team.
